Getting lazy...

...or just nursing a bad hangover. Owwwww!

One of my subordinates is leaving for a Police Officer job in Mesa, AZ. We had a party at a nearby bar. My boss - who's bought some of the drinks - pushed some (ahem!) to drink too much last night. I felt like crap after I left, but had a good time.

On top of that, I had another interview this afternoon in DT Evanston. Now waiting for word tommorow if I get the next interview or not next week. I feel good about this job and hoping to the next step.

I pushed my run this week to tommorow. I hope that the weather cooperates. We have a 6 mile run this weekend - the last one before North Shore HM.

The warm weather is finally coming. Yayy!

A little bit of slacking...

...but a lot of hard work ahead.

I had a good day at work.

I went to the chiropractor to get my much needed adjustment.

I went to the gym for 93 minutes workout - 60 min weights and 33 minutes on the elliptical machine.

Then I went to get myself some dinner since I would on my own tonight.....and just did NOTHING but goof off on the computer.

I did get a little homework done, but not anything else.

Homework and being sick SUCKS

...and one has to suffer one more day. I need my rest. I have a 6 day work week to tend to this week (and AFTER taking a 11 day vacation, which BITES!), which ends tomorrow. Paper has not started. (Very BAD Firefly!) No textbook yet. (Not until MONDAY!)

T-minus 1 more day until TATTOO day. I hope I make it until then...please!

Here's some pictures that I just want to share. I am keeping things VERY simple today. Yes, I am being VERY lazy! This is one of several pictures from Josh's mom's garden. She has an awesome garden each year and this year was no exception. It has a very musical theme to it. Even the frogs are musical. And of course, I could NOT resist putting a very cute pug picture here too.
