WE BOUGHT A HOUSE....
...and we are MOVING to the SUBURBS!
Yes, some of you were right about what we were coming out with. Let
me tell you that the last 48 hours has been extremely stressful. We went through a huge negotation and then bidding war with a less minute second buyer. I have been SO bad about running the last three days. We went to a 2nd showing for the house on Monday and going out to Lalos for a celebratory dinner when we put our offer in. We ended
up taking a long walk instead of run since we were feeling the stress and lacked sleep for the last two nights.
We close on the house on August 4, but do not completely move until the end of August. We plan to slowly move our stuff in between closing and the big move. We are excited about th
e move!
The house has 6 bedrooms. Yes, you are reading right
. We have two bedrooms on the main level, two on the top level, and two in the basement. We plan to have two guest rooms. The living room and dining room on the main level is perfect. The kitchen is totally spacious.
Well, the road to get our house ends, but the paperwork and legal begins.
