D*** Wind!

It was a very difficult run to do. I was already feeling a lot emotional and needed this run in order to feel a little bit better. By the time I was finished with my shortened under-3 mile run, I was tired and covered with buckets of sweat all over. Rest day tommorow before doing one last indoor cross-training session.

a little wind resistance and sweat is good for the cleansing :-)
