After all the tootsie-woes earlier this year, I'm seriously stoked that you made it with one great strong time. You're still up for at least a 4:30 showing in October - with what... 8 or 9 weeks of fruitful training ahead of you :-). What are your mary-goals at this juncture?
Hmmm... maybe with all the heavy lifting you did from IKEA store to your new home took a lot out of you. It sounds like you are quite disappointed with your timing. I think its terrific and you should be so pleased that you crossed the line. That's the most important thing!
I know it took longer than you would've liked, but I think it's still a great time! You've got a LOT going on right now, don't be too hard on yourself! There will always be other races and you go Chicago to look forward to!

Way to go! It sounds like you're not happy with your time, but that's a great job!
Even if you're not happy with the time, it's still a great race! Looking forward to hearing more about it.
Even though it wasn't your desired time, I know you ran a strong race!!
That looks like a solid time to me...I'm excited for the race report though!
