I ran today for the first time in 10 days using my new shoes. I LOVE THEM! They are definitely very comfortable and did not cause the usual breaking-in shoe pain on the treadmill. (Knock on wood!)
I am working on a modified training plan as I jump back on the current TNT training schedule from the HM schedule. I am now focused on getting ready for CDC in two months (as of tommorow!). I have done the mileage. I just need to work on SPEED (and not kill my feet at the same time!)
Tommorow - Cross-training Tuesday!
