Well, it was an odd day for me. It has been difficult to get back into the swing of things since I returned back from my vacation. I have been despirately wanting to just sit down at home and do NOTHING. I am completely exhausted! Josh had to literately beg and plead for me to get out for our run this afternoon. But I ended up going out reluctantly for a 30 minute run.
Here's the result of today's run:

Mile 2 - 8:48
Mile 3 - 8:55
Mile 0.34 - 3:00 (8:43/mi)
Avg Pace - 8:58/mi
Tommorow - Rest Day!

That's an excellent run! Especially if you were half-hearted about it.
Sometimes those "the man made me do it" runs are pretty darn neat-o :-).
Good job getting the run done, even though you may have wanted to do other things. Somehow these runs mean more, don't they?
Sometimes you have to go and see how it feels...good for getting out there.
