Today's run was a slightly chilly one. My agenda was to get an easy 30 minute run. It felt great! Josh and I needed to go to our storage locker after my run so I included it in the path from our apartment. It was a great way to get two things done. I even got a great treat after my run.

Mile 0.28 - 2:32 (9:00/mi)
Avg Pace - 9:09/mi
Tomorow - 50 minutes of cross-training

I think Slurpees should be included in every run/race plan. :)

The treats are the only reason I do this stuff, yummy.
After that run, you NEED a treat :-)
