Holy Wind, Batman!

Well, I had a huge challenge when it came to today's 30 minute run this afternoon. By the time that I went out for my run, the skies started to look a little bit ugly, but nothing that would stop me. Josh took reversed roles with me today and paced me on his bike. The winds were very gusty and knocked over garbage cans on the Lakefront bike paths. I ran against strong winds and pushed through it. When I turned around, the wind helped me to push through the last half of the run. I finished the run just in time because the rain started.

Mile 1 - 9:13
Mile 2 - 9:19
Mile 3 - 8:57
Mile 0.29 - 2:30
Avg Pace - 9:08/mi

Tommorow - Rest Day!

Don't you live in the "windy" city ? :) I love the Map My Run feature you've added to your blog. Nice work.
