Well, today's an easy run day. My legs are a little bit sore from the race. I had a nice appointment with my chiropractor. I ran for 30 minute on the treadmill due to the rain we received.
I have one more day with the cast on. I have an appointment with the orthopaedic surgeon tommorow. I can not wait to get the cast off because it has been very annoying.
Tommorow - Rest Day!

Rest for me... I've got an easy ride then it's back to full bore training :-)
