Hill Training DONE!!

It's my first hill training in two weeks. I made sure that I had enough carbs today for lunch today since I was going for 40 minutes today, which ended up 46 minutes instead. It really paid off in the end. The 8% incline still kicked my a**, but slowly getting a little easier to do. My quad feel like I did 100 squats today.

Tommorow - 35 minutes of EZ running OUTSIDE. They are talking 50's for the forecast. I hope they keep their word.
