Running and Sangrias

I had a great easy 30 minute run today. Nothing surprising. After my run, I met Josh at Argo Tea on Armitage and Sheffield for a Mocha before heading off for some good sushi and Plum Wine. We then shared a half-pitcher of sangria at Cafe Iberico with some great tapas food and flan for dessert. We left a little tipsy and had a great evening. It was fun evening even if the snow was starting to come down pretty heavy by the time we left.

Evenings such as the one you just described are BOMB! Sounds like some great low key fun. I thought about you when I ran last night and how far you've come with your pace. It inspired me to be patient with my current pace.

So, basically you had the best day ever :-). I thought about you last night when I heard the "this is your longest run ever" voice. I won't spoil the suprise (in case you didn't hear the one after our uno-testicular biker babe) but seriously my hero supreme.

I'm with Carmen, I'm really diggin on watching your pace improve and it's giving me a lot more patience watching mine go down as well. Thank you :-)
