Rest day - Training Plan.

Today was a much needed rest day. The weather was beautiful so Josh and I walked to get some breakfast before we vegged for the afternoon. We have our trip to Phoenix in May planned out and paid for so I can attend my graduation.

I start my 2nd week of half-marathon training tommorow. Here's my training schedule for this week:

Monday - 30 min EZ
Tuesday - 40 min cross-training and 30 minutes weight training
Wednesday - 45 min running
Thursday - 30 min EZ
Friday - 35 min
Saturday - Pre-race rest day
Sunday - RACE DAY - Wacky 5K - going for a new 5K PR

This is a semi-challenging week, but nothing compared to the next few weeks. It will be something that I am ready for. Enjoy!
