Holy Hamstrings, Batman!

Boy I am really feeling it in my hamstrings after this morning's recovery run! The foam roller and I have really became the best of friends. Well, sort of! The splits were not something that I was surprised of, but oh well! It's a recovery run! Tomorrow's a well-deserve rest day before I start another training week.

I may be sore right now, but I am LOVING that I am back to my old running self. Now I have work on Josh now and get his butt out the door for his run before he gets all lazy and stuff.

Sounds like you are doing good but be careful with the roller. Lawrence did not like them or me using it much as he thinks they are too agreesive. He likes the rubber balls better, not as high pressure...I was warned by an ART guy too to not roll an ITB over it more than 5-6 times in a session.
