Another week of training done

...and I did a great job of keeping up with it considering my personal schedule.

Sunday and Monday - Rest day (even though carrying my laptop and suitcase at 1 am for 4 blocks through ankle-deep snow exercise)

Tuesday - 30 minutes running + weight training
Wednesday - 30 minutes running
Thursday - 40 minutes of cross training
Friday - 30 minutes of running
Saturday - 35 minutes of running

Tommorow's a much needed rest day. It's going to be ice box cold too, which will really SUCK!
