Another awesome cross-training session

I kicked A** on the eliptical today. I feel so good. Tommorow's workout - HILLS, oh my!!

4.31 miles
9:19/mile - WOW! I am on FIRE!!

I was amazed at getting myself to the gym twice yesterday...strength and run in the morning and bike for 30 and elliptical for 30 yesterday...can be freeing.
