This week in training

Here's what my training schedule looks like for my 2nd week of the TNT "early bird" schedule. It has been slightly modified to accomidate my plans next weekend.

Today - 30 minutes EZ running + weights
Monday - 30 minutes EZ running
Tuesday - Cross-training + weights
Wednesday - Rest day
Thursday - 30 minutes running
Friday - Rest day (flying out to MN)
Saturday - 35 minutes EZ (if I can get into a gym in MN)
Sunday - Rest day

Fundraising has been successful so far, but very slow. I have raised about $90 so far. I need to get some of my "snail mail" letters out this week. My goal is to raise $500 out of the $1400 fundraising goal by mid-March. I know that it is ambitious, but I am determined to do it. I know that I can do it, but I need to put out all of the work to do it. If you have not been to my fundraising website, please check it out and make a small donation. It should be easy for you to get to the gym on Saturday. There are two Bally's within 10 minutes of my place...with a track and a treadmill, for your choice...one is 11 laps to a mile, one is 14 (outer lanes). That's if you're feeling up to it after Friday that is!! I have a few people rounded up for Friday night and my roommate definitely along to drive!!
