It was wet and still a little warm when I woke up this morning. The rain continued thoughout the morning and then turning just cloudy. Then all of those nice warm temperatures turned colder after my workout with Josh.
I kinda miss the warm weather. I wish the clouds would go away. The sun is overdue for an extended visit.
I did a very nice eliptical workout along with an hour session involving the weights. It was a very nice session and felt good.
Tommorow - Rest day

I miss warm too...we had SUN and warm on Sunday...could use that again.
