Got my 3 miles done.....

....even though I physically had trouble with it in my legs. It felt good to accomplish it. I had a very rough day at work and needed the release. On top of it, I did some lower body and ab work today. It felt good.

Today's workout
3 mile run & weights

11:49/mile - not too bad, but slower than usual

I think it's good to run at different paces. Of course, I got the slower paces down, I need to work on those faster ones.

Ah yes, sometimes you just have to get it in, even if it doesn't feel well. The release after a bad day is the perfect example of that.
