What I learned about the GRE...

....and it's a lot! I took the practice exam yesterday after being a little nervous taking it. I learned a few things about myself.
  1. My algebra skills went away with the do-do bird.
  2. I need to pace myself better with the verbal skill portion of the exam.
  3. I have a lot of work to do in order to get the minimum of 1000 combined score on the GRE. (Got a combined score of 720)

I am sorry for not posting the WI trip pictures yet. Hopefully I can get it done this weekend.

(UPDATE: MY orthodics ARE IN! YAYYYYYYY! I am almost free to buy new running shoes and get back to RUNNING!)

Taking the practice exam is pretty damn smart... You know where you need to be. Hooray! Back to running :-)

Ah yes, I can feel your pain. Too bad you aren't still in MN as we could study math together. I have to get brushed up on Algebra, Geometry and Stats. I haven't even taken a "scored" practice test yet (next on my list). I did a different thing that showed me below average on almost every section except one, that I was average...ughh...

Man I sure don't miss taking those kinds of tests. The ACT was enough for me!

P.S. I *LOVE* your Music Videos. Rick Astley is fantastic -takes me back to when I was a little girl dancing around the house with my mom!

Now you know where you stand with the GRE! Now comes the not-so-fun part of studying....but you will rock it!

Arrrgh, Algebra! I don't know how I ever got a passing grade in it. At least you got to practice before the real thing. Good luck.
