Pictures from the WI trip

Bloggers, I am going to keep this very simple - mostly all pictures! Enjoy! The rest of the pictures are on my Flickr account (and Josh's too for MORE pictures!) Our friend, Dave, giving his two thumbs up at the start of the trip. It's picture war time!! Group picture at Quaker Steak and Lube Yes, people, you read it right now. You have been warned about the ATOMIC wings. (Hot enough that you have to sign a release waiver!) And meet our lucky volunteer, Shea, who actually ATE the atomic wings and lived to tell about it. Just read his t-shirt to understand WHY. And he got this nice bumper sticker after eating them. And a trip to WI is NOT COMPLETE without a BREWERY tour ( and all the beer you can stand that comes with it - YAYYYYY!) This is a picture from the inside of Capital City Brewery. Yummm, Beer! I had to include pictures of EMPTY KEGS that are waiting for their destiny to be filled with very good beer. (It's MUCH better than Miller Lite!) The little sample glasses were great. Just don't ask me how many of those glasses I had filled with beer. (To be honest, I lost count after 5 glasses because the glass was never empty........sorry! That's the great thing about FREE beer!) A night view of the WI Capitol building Josh's such a great pool player (next to ME!) In this game, he beat his friend, Jay, and won BEER as the prize (of course - what did you expect in WI?!) When we were not a brewery, we were in a small town bar and drinking it. Where is MY money?! (It's on the ceiling of this small town bar in New Glarus, WI!) NO trip is complete without stopping at a CHEESE shop. NOPE! Our friends were BEGGING us to stop here before heading home to our OWN beds. Josh will HOPEFULLY get his version of the trip soon. It might have to wait until he finishes the FINAL Harry Potter book, but it will be soon. (Just don't tell him the ending....but you can tell me. tee-hee!)

Oh, I'd much rather go on a Beer and Cheese tour than a wine tour any day! Lucky you :-)

I love some of those pictures, like the money on the wall and the rather bizarre menus at that steak and lube stop. You really need visuals for the full effect. Thanks!
