Message from RR

Running Rabbit asked me to post this message regarding her blog on mine since she's SO far behind notifying people at this time. Here's it goes: "Fellow bloggers.... Due to some horrible unforeseen events with the c** from Norway I had to redirect my blog and pull several posts and pics. I probably should refrain from even saying this to you. But I am **UBER** pissed off about this and have been working on my blog now for close to 5 hours to save my ass. If you want the full details....no prob, email me at speedyrunningrabbit@yahoo.com I'll be happy dish my dirty laundry on her ass. (Or rather her dirty ass laundry!) My new blog is as follows: http://speedyrunningrabbit.blogspot.com/ Please dear GOD redirect people, and change your links...pretty please!!...if you do I will send you cookies...homemade cookies. (Or anything else your little heart desires! Promise!!) XOXO, ~RR~ Thanks Denise....for emailing me...it's a fucking MESS with her!! Feel free to pass the word along!!!" There's the whole enchilada, people. T-minus ONE DAY until I leave for Phoenix and the BIG pre-race party for the P.F. Chang's racers. I will be working on my race music either late tonight or tommorow morning. I just almost finished packing today and squeezed one more chiropractor appointment today too.

Thanks for the dish on the wascally wabbit.

(By the way, I don't think you put as many asterisks in c** as RR intended.)

I'm so excited for your big day coming up!  Enjoy your final chiro appt.

ILYMTICS. You know.

Ah, getting music together is fun. I have a great list I worked out that I'm using for races only now...I took a lot of time creating it and getting it in the right order...if I run the right pace, I hear the song "Something for the Pain" by Bon Jovi at mile 20!
