One down and two to go.

The weather was perfect. It was a great day for a run. If I was able to get some good sleep the night before, I would be up earlier than I was to run. I was able to get out there anyway. The one thing that I forget to bring on my run was my gloves. Ooops! The first mile was tough because of the wind, but I was able to get through it. I finished at a really good time. I am a little sore from the run, but I have a chiropractor appointment tommorow morning. Advil and ice will be my friend tonight. Today's work-out 10.5 miles - Run 1:40:08 9:32/mile - WOW! I hope this keeps up.

You are on fire and will certainly kick ass at the PF Chang Marathon!

How spicy would you like your Chang sauce?

Great pace girlie! It looks like all of your work on the elliptical machine is a good substitute when you haven't been able to run. Keep it up!

Great time. You're gonna love the RnR marathon. I just got my confirmation and final instructions. I'm starting to get really excited.

That's just a sweet sweet run. I'll be thinking about you when I do my long run this Sunday. Should be up to about 9, but I need to check the plan. I'm a little lost :-)
