Attention Chicago Marathoners!!

I do not think I can be there to cheer all of you on. I have my long run to do myself that morning myself and will be thinking of all of you along the way. I would love to all of your first and last names so I can obtain updates on all of you. So far, I have Lisa and Josh (Full Metal Lunchbox) to keep track of. Please send me an e-mail if you want me to keep track of you. Good luck to all of you on your last week of the taper. I have faith in all of you. I hope the darn rain will stay away for the event. As for me, after two day of rest, I got back on the treadmill this morning. I did get my adjustment yesterday - including the feet/ankles (made for HAPPY feet) and knees (made for knees that wanted to revolt) - and my 30 minute massage, which created very HAPPY legs. Ahhhhhhh! My legs felt like dead weights on the treadmill, which is frustrating because they were not that way until the last 3 miles. I really had to motivate myself ALOT to finish the 5 mile run. It was not fun. I did end up getting it done...thankfully. Then came the STRETCHING, which I did at least a total amount of 10-15 minutes. My husband even helped out again too with calves and quads before I showered. Well, tomorrow is a 7 miler. I hope to attempt to be outside. I do not want to be on the treadmill, if I can avoid it. Today's work-out 5 mile run - treadmill 59:24 574 calories burned 11:52/mile P.S. PLEEEEEEEASE for Ugly Toe's dog, Molly, in the 2nd annual World's Coolest Dog and Cat Show.
