6 miles done...and more!!

Well, just to answer all of your questions about my ankle/foot, it's starting to feel a little bit better. I started wearing my "stylish" boot that I wore during my last sprain on Friday. It has made a HUGE difference. It feels SO good to be on the eliptical machine. I wish I was outside. But I know that the more I use the eliptical machine, my legs are MUCH stronger. I still ice and take 3 Advil twice a day, which has helped a little bit too. Today was another really good day on the eliptical machine. I did my 6 miles today again. Time went fast again. It was AWESOME! Then I cooled-down and then STRETCHED for 10 minutes. Tommorow's a rest day and a day with the kids. Tuesday will be 5 miles on the eliptical machine. Today's work-out 65 minutes - Eliptical Machine 6.49 miles 781 calories burned 10:00/mile - HOLY Sh**!! I am on FIRE!!! Whooohoo!
