It's late and I just wanted to give a quick update. I was able to get my 6 miles done on the eliptical machine. The only bad thing this morning was the HORRIBLE calf cramp I had when I woke up this AM. I was still able to get through the work-out and loosen things up too.
Tommorow is a rest day. My legs need it badly. Friday's an easy day with just 4 miles before my 8 miles on Saturday.

Great job! You are very impressive in letting the healing take place. It doesn't do any good to train if you don't get to the start line!
Yeego, at'eed!! That is roughly translateable to "you go girl" in Navajo. (in my opinion)
I am utterly amazed at your endurance to go more than an hour on the elliptical. I could never do that.
