6 miles almost done

Well, I came close. I guess I misjudged the amount of time I needed to be on the eliptical machine. Oh well! Today's work-out was very smooth. I started out on a level lower in intensity and worked my comfort level until I was okay enough to go back up to that level. Time just FLEW by and done before I knew. I just wished that the miles come up to 6 miles. I plan to get up early again tommorow to do the same miles. Monday will be a rest day. Today's work-out 60 minutes - Elliptical machine 5.83 miles 682 calories burned 10:17/mile

Close but I have always wondered how accurate those machines are. Either way still a great workout.

Good way to get your miles in AND continue with your recovery. An elliptical always seems like a harder workout than running--I think you'll find that running will feel much easier once you're back.
