"Has anyone told you that you look like Lindsay Lohan?"

Yes, that's what I was asked yesterday when I paid my $105 to take the MN Peace Officers Standards Test (POST) exam in 2 weeks. Well, yes I have been asked several times over the past few months. I have even been mistaken for someone else's daughter while at work..of all places. Yesterday was my rest day. I was up by 7 am because I had to be out on the road by 8:15 to take an employment exam for a deputy sheriff position. Yes, the hiring game has begun. The fun part! The exam took almost 3 hours to do. I was very hungry by the time it was done considering I eat every 2 hours except when I was exercising - even on my rest days. On top of that, I have a sick husband at home with some type of virus. He's been home sick for three day now. He can not eat much right now. I hope it goes away very soon. As for today, I work up at 9:30 and got ready to head to the gym. My usual eliptical machine was not available, so I had to settle with another brand. Oh pooh! I do not like this brand because it's very hard on my legs - too hard. I workout for 45 minutes before streatching and going home. I went home and showered before heading out the door early so I can take care of my entry fee for tommorow's 5K (Ooops!). I paid the fee and headed to work. I stopped at Jamba Juice off the Grand Avenue in St. Paul along with Breadsmith. I admit to be guilty of being two muffins - one Chocolate Chip Banana and other Zucchini. I packed a lot of carb foods and water so I can prep for the 5K in the morning. I plan to get home and head to bed right away. The race starts at 9:30, but I know that parking will be a pain so I need to be early and plan ahead. I hope to set a new 5K PR tommorow. I still have a 2nd 5K to do on Saturday AM, if I still able to do that. It would be a 2nd run this coming week, which will count. Today's workout 45 minute - Eliptical 3.85 miles 432 calories 11:41/mile - Oh ICK!
