Hell week is done...almost

Well, I have almost survived hell week. Almost meaning that I still have to turn in my LAST homework assignment before 11:59 pm MDT (12:59 CDT). I am still struggling on a topic for the 2 to 5 minute speech that I need to evaluate on. UGH! I got up this morning at 7 a.m. and headed to class for the LAST time this week (until Monday - when I take the practical test again!) by 8 a.m. I sleep very well last night and sound asleep once my head hit the pillow. I almost ran a little late when I forgot my cell phone when I grabbed my gear. It was a fun class and much more relaxed now that it's the practicing is DONE. I just hope my test anxiety does not kick in when I go back on Monday. After class, I headed to the gym for a cross-training session. I put a ton of effort in the 45 minute session on the eliptical machine. It felt good and proud of my results. After the cross-training session, I stretched and headed to GNC for a replacement bottle of my favorite supplements before heading home. (It's only one product, but still like saying the plural version.) As usual, I ate and showered while I getting ready for work. Work was okay 'cept the irritating camera that does not work right and caused an alarm to go off every 2 -5 minutes during the 3 hours of my day. UGH! Tommorow, after I get 8 hours of sleep tonight, I will do my indoor running on the treadmill - planning on 3 miles so far. I also need to tackle my total body weight lifting session. I have been SO bad this week due to the lack of extra time to get it done. I plan to try to stay cool this weekend as it tries to hit 100 on Saturday and Sunday. Double UGH! Today's work-out 45 minutes - Eliptical machine 4.36 miles 509 calories burned 10:19 per mile (YES - let's see me try that tommorow!)

I am a big believer in positive mental imagery - you know how it feels to go through the exercises, let your body do the work. You'll be fine!!

Staying indoors is a good plan - no need to deplete your energy - you need to conserve for the big day.

Geez, you really made good use of the elliptical: I am so lazy on that machine, I'm practically strolling on there.

Yeap, the treadmill is a smart way to avoid the heat. Good luck with school.
