A little bit better...for now.

Well, I put my TENS unit on when I got home from work. I have a bone spur in my shoulder, which causes the impingment. Cortisone shots really hurts to get, but sounds good now. (Compared to surgery...YIKES!) But so far...so good...with the TENS unit. Now I plan to use Biofreeze (by the advise of Barb...aka Running Jayhawk) ...which I have here at home.....I forgot about it and used Tiger Balm last night. I hope I sleep better tonight. I need it! I will let you know in tommorow's blog.

Hi! Thanks for stopping by my blog. It's funny that you happen to live in MN and work as a public safety officer. I have a sister that lives in MN and is applying for a job as a PSO in the cities!
I'm originally from Northern Iowa, so it is nice to read about places (like Rochester & Roseville!)
Keep up the great running. It looks like you are on your way to getting faster! Do you have another marathon planned?
